Well-being Warriors is led by Shirley Marshall who brings Mindfulness, Mindful Yogi - Children’s Yoga, Walk15 and Laughter yoga, to schools, colleges, communities, corporate business events and festivals. Shirley has a background in Primary teaching and school leadership and was also very passionate about supporting well-being for her pupils and staff alike.
This is a great walking work out from the USA that makes walking that daily mile, fun! We walk and move within a small space for 15 minutes which is approximately 1 mile, moving, clapping and (if you feel like it) dancing our way to better health. This is a routine that can be easily adapted to suit each individual, so you can join in at your own pace. Even sit and follow the arm movements if that suits you! Excellent for lifting the mood and great for anyone who may not be used to exercising regularly. This is a low impact gentle exercise but so easy to add impact to, for anyone who is a regular walker.
